Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and forward-thinking Facilities Manager for our client's water treatment plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various aspects of facilities management, including piping systems, water treatment, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of our client's treatment plant, ensuring that they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, and ensure that they are followed by all staff.
- Manage the maintenance of and repairs of piping systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and comply with industry standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Manage all aspects of manufacturing within the facility, including the management of staff, the monitoring of production, and the maintenance of equipment.
- Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated funds.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the facility's operations align with the goals of the organization.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any potential issues and implement solutions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility operations and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field if preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on piping systems, water treatment, and manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining large-scale facilities.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent understanding of piping systems and water treatment processes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing manufacturing processes within a facility.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility operations and safety.
- Proficiency in using computer software for facility management.
