Job Details:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our food manufacturing operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be directly responsible for overseeing our production workflows, managing a dedicated team, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality in line with company standards and customer expectations.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of production employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics for production processes, identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary changes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
• Review production schedules and work orders, resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
• Monitor equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production levels.
• Participate in budget development and cost tracking, striving to minimize production costs while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in production management and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget.
