Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities including invoice processing, 3-way match, payment processing, and vendor communication.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts payable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Participate in the month-end closing process, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts payable operations.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of general ledger (GL) functions and accounts payable procedures.
• Proficient in manufacturing accounting and 3-way match process.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
