Are you a seasoned Accounts Payable Analyst who thrives on the thrill of managing financial data and ensuring accuracy? Do you have a knack for GL coding, 3-way match, and high volume data entry? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities:

As our Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

1. Managing and processing high volume accounts payable data entry.
2. Ensuring accuracy in batching and matching invoices.
3. Applying your expertise in GL coding to various business segments.
4. Utilizing your skills in 3-way match to ensure all invoices are accurate and complete.
5. Regularly auditing financial data for discrepancies and rectifying any issues promptly.
6. Using Great Plains and Sage software for various accounting tasks.
7. Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
8. Providing regular reports and updates to management regarding accounts payable status.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Analyst role or similar position.
2. Proven experience with accounts payable GL Coding, 3-way match, batching and matching invoices, and coding to multiple business segments.
3. Experience with high volume accounts payable data entry.
4. Proficiency in using Great Plains and Sage software.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
