Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a AR Analyst to join our team. This role is a pivotal part of our financial operations managing incoming payments

Responsibilities

1. Manage and process all incoming and outgoing payments, including check, wire transfers, and electronic payments
2. Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity
3. Record journal entries for cash transactions
4. Assist with account reconciliations and month end close
5. Identify and resolve payment discrepancies

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related experience
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in AR or cash management
3. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound decisions
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
