We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Propulsion Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who is ready to take their career to the next level by working on cutting-edge propulsion systems. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Propulsion Engineer, you will:

  1. Design, develop, and test propulsion systems for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Utilize advanced knowledge of thermodynamics to solve complex engineering problems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate propulsion systems into overall product designs.
  4. Conduct detailed analyses of propulsion systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  5. Ensure all propulsion systems meet necessary safety and compliance standards.
  6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in propulsion technology and incorporate new findings into our designs.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD will be considered a plus.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in propulsion system design and development.
  3. Proficient understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
  4. Experience with CAD software and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
  7. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
  8. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
