Job Details

We seek a seasoned financial leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly in the construction industry. The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving financial success through effective planning and maintaining overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.

Manage the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering actionable insights to the leadership team.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Lead the financial planning process in collaboration with department heads to create accurate and achievable budgets.

Oversee the management of accounting, payroll, and financial reporting systems.

Provide leadership and guidance to finance and accounting teams.

Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced certifications (CPA, CMA, or MBA) preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role, with significant experience in the construction sector.

Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.

Proven track record in financial strategy development and execution.

Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel capabilities.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with ERP systems related to the construction industry is advantageous.
