Are you an experienced professional in the field of Accounts Receivable? Are you passionate about numbers and have a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Permanent Accounts Receivable professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing and executing all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and reporting.
2. Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
3. Processing and verifying applications for credit and soliciting payment on overdue accounts.
4. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivable.
5. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
6. Providing support and guidance to junior staff members.
7. Participating in financial audits and implementing audit recommendations.
8. Collaborating with other finance team members to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the department.
9. Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or a similar finance role.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA) is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Transact or similar financial software.
4. Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
6. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
