We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join our dynamic team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial reporting and processes. This role is pivotal in guiding the financial health of the organization and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in NetSuite. Responsibilities include:

Financial Management:

• Oversee the daily financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and compliance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with senior management to develop financial plans and targets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Supervision and Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during financial audits, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Strategic Analysis:

• Analyze financial trends, identify areas for cost reduction, and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives and business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in an accounting or finance role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
