We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Construction Scheduling Manager for a permanent position within our thriving organization. This role offers an opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals in the construction industry, managing multiple projects across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with a specific focus on scheduling and project management. Responsibilities:

The Regional Construction Scheduling Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction scheduling process for various projects across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules for multiple projects across different regions, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all schedules are accurately maintained.
  3. Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying any potential delays or issues, and implementing appropriate solutions to mitigate any risks.
  4. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of all projects, highlighting any potential issues or risks and providing recommendations for resolution.
  5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all contract requirements, ensuring that all projects are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Providing leadership and guidance to the scheduling team, ensuring that all team members are effectively trained and supported in their roles.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Regional Construction Scheduling Manager role will have a proven track record in construction scheduling and project management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Key qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in Project Management or Construction Scheduling would be considered an asset.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects across different regions.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations, with a specific focus on scheduling and project management.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the scheduling process.
  6. Proficiency in using construction scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.
  7. Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
