Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our client's team in the technology sector. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and closing procedures.
• Perform detailed balance sheet and income statement analysis.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, including tracking, depreciation, and reconciliation.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Prepare and record accruals and other adjusting entries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for future needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to accelerate close and reporting cycles.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven experience with accruals, balance sheet, income statement, financial statement, account reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, intercompany, and accruals.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
