Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

We are actively recruiting for a litigation paralegal to join our client's midtown Manhattan office location. The position is with a nationally recognized firm that specializes in complex litigation for high-profile securities, corporate governance and commercial litigation matters.

2-6 years of prior complex litigation experience and a strong cite-checking and Bluebook citation skillset is required for this role. The incoming paralegal will have an active role in litigation, collaborating directly with attorneys and other staff members to help push cases forward and achieve successful outcomes. Core job responsibilities include:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on securities laws and regulations
• Proofread and cite-check/fact-check briefs, complaints, and other documents
• Manage and organize case files and exhibits
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Organize and track case files, and maintain reference files
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials and /or client meetings (includes scheduling with multiple parties including outside council

and vendors, preparing exhibits, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 1-5 of experience as a paralegal in a complex litigation setting
• Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations
• Solid experience and skills performing cite checking and Bluebooking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong research skills and proficiency in using various research tools including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other

court-related websites
