Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Title: Lead Applications Engineer/ Lead Mechanical Engineer

Location: Worcester, MA

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of advanced applications.
• Provide technical expertise in the areas of Flow Control, Pump Systems, Auto Cad, Machine Design, Pressure product, and Process Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new applications.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into application requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and test plans.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Applications Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Flow Control, Pump Systems, Auto Cad, Machine Design, Pressure product, and Process Engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D Printing and Valves.
• Experience with Customer Interfacing and ability to translate technical language to lay audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• High level of self-motivation, drive, and willingness to learn new skills.
