Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

- Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of advanced applications.
- Provide technical expertise in the areas of Flow Control, Pump Systems, Auto Cad, Machine Design, Pressure product, and Process Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new applications.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into application requirements.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and test plans.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Applications Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Flow Control, Pump Systems, Auto Cad, Machine Design, Pressure product, and Process Engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D Printing and Valves.
- Experience with Customer Interfacing and ability to translate technical language to lay audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- High level of self-motivation, drive, and willingness to learn new skills.
