Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Contractor Hydrocarbon Assistant Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of hydrocarbon production and distribution schedules.
  2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of hydrocarbons.
  3. Managing purchase requisitions and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  4. Monitoring hydrocarbon inventories and making recommendations for replenishment as necessary.
  5. Working closely with the Hydrocarbon Scheduler to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  6. Participating in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Providing regular reports on scheduling activities, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
  8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in a scheduling or logistics role.
  2. Demonstrated experience with purchase requisitions and inventory management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific tools.
  8. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
