We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager with a strong background in Mixed Use (Multi-Family/Commercial/Retail) projects. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage the successful delivery of various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is an individual who thrives on challenge, is passionate about building, and has a proven track record in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all aspects of project management on a variety of mixed-use construction projects. This includes planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, quality control, and safety measures.
  2. Work closely with architects, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting any potential issues or risks that may impact the project timeline or budget.
  5. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
  7. Continuously monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on mixed-use (Multi-Family/Commercial/Retail) construction projects.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
  3. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and financial management.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  7. Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  8. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) would be highly advantageous.
  9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  10. Must be eligible to work in the specified location.
