Salary: $19 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Review and release customer orders based on payment status and account standing.
• Contact customers to secure payment commitments for past due accounts through phone calls and emails.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to facilitate efficient collections.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), sales representatives, and other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of communication, payment commitments, and account status in the company's database.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B collections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with a variety of contacts.
• Patience and persistence in pursuing collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Prior experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related roles.
