Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll for 400+ employees on a semi-monthly basis.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and other compensations.
• Utilize UKG or Paycom payroll systems for processing payroll.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Prepare and file required payroll reports and tax filings.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Provide support and training to employees on payroll-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with UKG or Paycom payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
