Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by overseeing various accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA certification and have experience in manufacturing, forecasting, inventory, cost accounting, Excel, ERP, operating budget, profit/loss, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports for management
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for budget vs. actual results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as GAAP
• Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability
