Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Fast growing P/E owned manufacturing and distribution organization seeking expereinced financial analyst to join the team working under the gudance of the FP&A manager to develop dashboards in BI using SQL. Will assist in developing financual packages and analysis used by senior leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business and financial data, specifically variances to Plan and prior periods.
• Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
• Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
• Preparing quarterly board deck slide as well as supporting analysis and commentary.
• Opportunity to assist with M&A due diligence.
• Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
• Evaluates capital expenditure proposals.
• Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Exposure to treasury and other opportunities

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
• Thorough understanding of project management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of databases and data integrity management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Two years of professional experience as a financial analyst or data analyst.
• Excellent Excel skills and understanding
• PowerBI experience, SQL, and/or any other data analytic tool.
• Treasury experience is a plus.
• Private Equity experience is a plus.
