Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, financial acumen, and business insight in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be involved in critical decision-making processes, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will be at the forefront of driving the company's financial performance and growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced financial knowledge to build financial models, interpret data, and make recommendations to drive performance and results.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary for monthly financial reports to senior leadership and the board.
  • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, offering forecasting, budgeting, and financial insights across the organization.
  • Collaborate with product management on new projects, offering market analysis, competitive assessments, and cost evaluations to prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards to track key company initiatives.
  • Build a strong understanding of industry trends, product lines, customers, and competitors.
  • Support business development opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and participate in due diligence and integration efforts.
  • Lead change initiatives by providing data-driven solutions and influencing cross-functional teams with analytical reasoning and persuasive communication.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, 5+ years preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership over tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
