Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to distribution of the final product.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products by optimizing operations and managing logistics.
- Collaborate with various departments such as procurement, production, quality assurance, and sales to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain process.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance through data analysis and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement risk management protocols to address supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Implement new technologies to increase efficiency and performance of the supply chain.
- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in materials management and an in-depth understanding of supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and other related IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to supply chain management in the finance industry.
