Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Our client, a growing manufacturing firm, is seeking a driven Supply Chain Leader to join its rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that increase efficiency and speed, reduce cost and improve the quality of services.
2. Conduct detailed supply chain analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure supply chain processes align with business goals.
4. Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
5. Oversee operational and logistical systems to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
6. Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the supply chain industry.
7. Create, manage, and achieve the overall budget for the supply chain.
8. Understand and manage risks that could affect supply chain operations.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected in the supply chain process, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
10. Ensure all supply chain operations comply with laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain management role.
3. Proven experience in managing and optimizing supply chain processes and strategies.
4. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in supply chain management software.
8. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Strong understanding of the finance industry and its regulatory environment.
10. Ability to anticipate and mitigate risk within the supply chain process.
