We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and have a significant impact on our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and a passion for improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and improve product quality.
  2. Conduct detailed process studies and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement projects.
  4. Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment.
  6. Train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  9. Participate in the design and execution of experiments to test and validate new process concepts.
  10. Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, chemical engineering principles, and process improvement methodologies.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  8. Proficient in using process simulation software and other engineering tools.
  9. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing industry.
  10. Ability to train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
  11. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  12. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  13. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
