Are you a seasoned Project Administrator with a passion for the construction industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will require you to work closely with our project managers and architects, utilizing your skills and experience to ensure the smooth running of our projects from start to finish. You will have a significant impact on the success of our projects, making this a rewarding and fulfilling role.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting project managers and architects in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects.
  2. Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
  3. Utilizing vision software for project management and coordination.
  4. Regularly updating labor plans and ensuring they align with the project schedule.
  5. Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Using design software such as InDesign, Revit, and Bluebeam to assist in the creation of project plans and presentations.
  7. Compiling and organizing project-related information and documents.
  8. Managing project-related billing and ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  9. Utilizing Procore for construction management duties.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  2. Proficiency in InDesign, Revit, Bluebeam, Vision Software, Office Suite, and Procore.
  3. Experience in assisting project managers and architects in the management of construction projects.
  4. Strong knowledge of project scheduling and labor plan management.
  5. A degree in architecture, design, or a related field is preferred.
  6. Excellent coordination skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  7. Strong organizational skills, with an ability to compile and manage large amounts of information.
  8. Experience in project-related billing and financial management.
  9. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions.
