We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, specifically in Food Production. This is a permanent position that offers not only the opportunity to work with a team of top-tier professionals but also the chance to contribute to a company that values innovation, quality, and sustainability. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, under budget, and to our high standards.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Overseeing all stages of project management, including conceptualization, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  2. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Developing detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
  4. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  5. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  7. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  8. Using performance reporting and change management techniques to manage and report on project performance.
  9. Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  10. Ensuring that all projects adhere to the company's high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within a cGMP environment.
  3. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  5. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  6. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. A deep understanding of the food production industry, including its processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  9. A proven track record of successfully completing projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  10. The ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
