Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
  2. Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications.
  3. Using precision measurement tools to inspect parts and products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  4. Performing first article inspections to identify any potential issues or discrepancies before the production process begins.
  5. Interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards and procedures.
  6. Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  7. Collaborating with production staff to develop and implement quality control protocols and provide feedback on findings.
  8. Ensuring that corrective action is taken if any issues or problems are identified during the inspection process.
  9. Staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance quality control efforts.
  10. Participating in the development of product specifications to ensure they meet customer and industry requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within the manufacturing industry.
  2. Proven proficiency in inspection techniques, precision measurement, and technical understanding.
  3. Strong experience with first article inspection.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
