Job Details

Standard Work Hours:

Weekend Nights (Friday-Sunday), 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment including mechanical presses, lathes, shears, welders, and more.
  • Diagnose and fix issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics and drawings.
  • Ensure machines, fixtures, and jigs are maintained in proper working order.
  • Dismantle machinery to remove and replace faulty parts, then reassemble and adjust for optimal performance.
  • Install new components and make necessary adjustments to meet required operational standards.
  • Design and attach special fixtures, guards, and safety devices as needed.
  • Move and install equipment.
  • Perform various tasks as directed by the Group Leader.

Qualifications:

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A two-year associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in using a computer to search for parts and enter data into a CMMS.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, perform manual tasks, and engage in stooping and bending.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
