Salary: $220,000 - $310,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our well-established legal firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and other commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for providing exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation cases in both federal and state courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and file them with the court.
• Perform administrative duties such as case management.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, legal journals, and other legal data.
• Prepare for and attend court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the California State Bar.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with real estate disputes and business torts is a plus.
