- Admitted to California State Bar, in good standing
- Any experience in Worker's Compensation defense. - We're also open to connecting with candidates that are looking to get into Workers' Compensation Defense as well (we'll train).
- Any experience with: insurance defense, major insurance companies, third party administrators, self-insured employers, professional employer organizations (PEO’s), and uninsured employers
- Commitment to high quality legal work as we are committed to the highest standards of practice
- Strong legal writing and legal research skills with the ability to draft settlements, trial briefs, appellate briefs, petitions, letters & other legal documents
