Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and driven Residential Real Estate Attorney with 2+ years of experience willing to jump into a busy Real Estate team!

Residential Real Estate Attorney will be expected to oversee all aspects of residential real estate transactions.

Essential Job Requirements:

Experience with real estate title, including title examination, title certification, and title insurance.

Able to handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including file development, closing and loan documents, settlement, and post-closing activities.

Ability to assess and address legal issues related to real estate contracts, loan documents, land surveys, title insurance, etc.

Education, Experience and Skills:

Juris Doctorate with current NC Bar licensure required.

2-8 years of residential real estate experience preferred.

Expertise in written and verbal communication.

Excellent negotiation and analytical skills required.

Exceptional decision-making abilities and research skills.
