As a Senior Claims Analyst, you will be integral in our mission to provide top-notch service to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing complex claims, identifying trends and providing solutions to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and resolving complex property and casualty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Leveraging your expertise in general liability to assess the validity of claims and determine appropriate compensation.
  3. Utilizing your strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in claims data.
  4. Collaborating with various teams to develop strategies for claims resolution and prevention.
  5. Providing top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in claims handling.
  7. Continually enhancing your knowledge and skills in claims analysis through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in claims handling, specifically in property casualty and casualty claims.
  2. Proven expertise in general liability.
  3. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  6. A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
