Job DescriptionLead the strategic direction of our BWS brand with a merchandise lensBring your strong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communications skillsHelp craft the future of BWSAs the Head of Brand Merchandise, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the BWS retail brand, driving sales and profit across all channels. You'll serve as a key executive voice for Merchandise, influencing decisions across Marketing, Operations, eCommerce, and more. Additionally, you'll oversee trade planning and the eCommerce P&L, ensuring alignment with category strategies and business goals.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership to the BWS and Merchandise teams, guiding the brand's direction with a strong Merchandise focus.You'll embed the merchandise strategy across the retail brand, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.You'll collaborate with Heads of Categories and the Merch Leadership team to drive category strategies and initiatives.You'll ensure category strategies align with customer shopping missions, local needs, and commercial priorities.You'll take end-to-end accountability for the banner trade plan and P&L, driving sales, profit, and customer loyalty through insight-driven strategies.
