We are seeking to hire a mid-level litigation associate to join our Chicago, IL office. The successful candidate will join our Complex Disputes Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and responding to complex discovery requests
Motions and pre-trial preparation
Witness interviews
Negotiating and communicating with opposing counsel
Arguing motions or appeals
Conducting discovery conferences
Preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions
Qualifications:
Approximately three to five years of litigation experience
Illinois State Bar admission (required)
Clerkship experience (preferred but not required)
Stellar academic credentials
Superb communication and writing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows:
• Chicago, IL: $250,000 to $300,000
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
