Working as a senior leader within the Data & Analytics function, the Director of Marketing Analytics will interact directly with Commercial and Brand leadership to maximize the value of our owned digital and loyalty channels. This person will be responsible for partnering with the digital guest experience brand leaders to serve as the strategic sherpa to help understand and scale a collective $10B digital business – with interesting problems ranging from reducing loyalty churn to driving higher digital conversion rates.Additionally, this role will partner with other cross-functional teams to further develop capabilities, deliver actionable and integrated analytics, and help our brands understand the digital restaurant consumer better than any other competitors. This person will direct and support the Digital Guest Experience Analytics teams for all our brands and manage multiple large-scale analytics engagements (e.g., CDP, identity, loyalty, etc.).This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
