Job Overview:
Heart and Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Therapy Clinical Director to join our team. This role involves growing and supervising a team of mental health counselors who provide services both in our offices and via telehealth. The Clinical Director will also maintain a manageable clinical caseload, working with children, adolescents, families, and/or adults. This position offers flexibility and autonomy over your schedule with clients and supervisees, and includes support from our leadership team, as well as administrative and billing teams.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of mental health counselors
Provide direct clinical services to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, families, and adults
Exercise autonomy over scheduling with both clients and supervisees
Collaborate with leadership and administrative teams for continuous improvement and support
Qualifications:
Independent licensure in the state of Iowa as one of the following:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
