We’re seeking energetic, driven, and passionate individuals looking for Sales careers where you can empower small businesses. As an Inside Sales Consultant with Constant Contact, you will work in a fast-paced environment with the feel of a startup but the stability of a global organization. You will be converting warm leads into paying customers by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, advising, and selling small businesses our best-in-class online marketing practices.
We provide a comprehensive training program and ongoing support to help you thrive! In the past year, over 40% of our Sales Consultants were promoted as a result of their performance.
This hybrid role will report to our Boston, Waltham or Loveland, CO office 3 days a week. The first week of training will be fully in-person at either our Boston or Waltham, MA office.
What you’ll do:
Work with warm leads in converting them into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
Inspire Small Business Owners all over the country to grow their businesses with our continually evolving suite of Digital Marketing Solutions
Conduct needs analysis to determine how to best help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
Close business with new customers on a daily basis
Who you are:
1+ years of relevant and successful sales experience
Motivated by a fast sales cycle
Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
Driven to meet and exceed sales objectives
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on-target commission pay or bonuses. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits, including paid leave.
Pay Transparency - All Full-Time Employees
Salary: $46,000—$51,000 USD (Non-exempt; paid hourly)
Commission: $20,000 annual on-target earnings for hitting the minimum quota;
the commission is uncapped
Our top performers earn $125,000+ (salary + commission) annually!!
