We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. You will be acting as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts.
Within this role, you will work with internal and external clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. You may also serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project where you will analyze, test, and certify application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents.
In the performance of this role, we are seeking an individual with a:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a QA Analyst, System Analyst, with heavy emphasis on technology and implementation understanding.Excellent verbal and written skills are critical since this job primarily entails communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)Excellent understanding of testing life cycle and hands on experience with different type of testing e.g. Regression Testing, Smoke Test, Ad-Hoc Testing, Sanity Testing, Integration and Acceptance Testing.Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders.Experience working with software or web technology team1+ years experience with Relic and/or Selenium Web-driver Exp.Experience with Automation and Manual Testing
