Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

The Product Manager will be responsible for interacting directly with our customers, understanding their specific needs for our product, and working cross-functionally to drive Product Development solutions.

The Product Manager should have 3+ years of Product experience in a fast-paced, technically-inclined company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
• Perform usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Understand our customer's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of product management principles and processes.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Proven ability to interact directly with customers, and understand their unique product requirements.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization from entry level employees to senior executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
