Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our established audit team. This unique opportunity involves auditing our clients' financial statements and internal controls to ensure the highest level of compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a staff accountant or auditor. This position requires the ability to work as a part of an audit team and communication skills to interact with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Audit software such as AdvanceFlow and CCH to streamline audit processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct tests of transactions and document findings in audit workpapers to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Assess clients' internal controls to understand the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting or audit experience.
• Experience with recording journal entries and participating in preparing financial statements, and/or auditing financial statements, and/or internal audit.
• Desire to learn audit.
