Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

Job Details:

We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and consolidating financial statements.
2. Establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.
3. Analyzing and verifying transactions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
4. Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
5. Coordinating with tax auditors to prepare and file local, state, and federal taxes.
6. Conducting regular ledger reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Communicating effectively with internal departments and external partners in Mandarin and English.
8. Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
9. Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus
• 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Food Distribution Experience

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• CPA
