Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per hour

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our fast growing organization. You will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a crucial role in the design, implementation, and administration of our Workday financial systems. Responsibilities:

As a Workday Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday financial systems to optimize business processes and meet organizational goals.
2. Facilitating Workday implementation across different departments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
3. Conducting regular system audits and performance reviews to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
4. Providing expert-level Workday administration support, including troubleshooting, system updates, and user training.
5. Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
6. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes, systems configurations, and standard operating procedures.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday features and updates to leverage them for business improvement.
8. Advanced Workday Reporting and Analytics

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Workday Analyst role should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Sales industry.
3. Proficiency in Workday Integration System Fundamentals, Workday Implementation, Workday Finance, and Workday Administration.
4. Strong understanding of financial systems, data structures, and business processes.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
8. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
