Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

We are engaged with a high-growth manufacturing/engineering organization that has recently acquired a new company/location - this is an onsite role working with a passionate leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently as part of a team in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Ability to interpret Engineering drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, ring, and thread gages
• Willing to work with and participate in internal and external audits
• Coordinate with Quality team and management to ensure finished and raw materials meet all quality requirements
• Tag and segregate non-conformance materials as well as alert department leads to pause production and/or hold stock from being shipped
• Independently address problems that arise within area of responsibility
• Interact effectively with other employees and other key stakeholders
• Report to Quality Manager and Quality Control Supervisor any product rejections, safety concerns, ideas for improvement, etc.
• Alignment with Company values of teamwork, integrity, and velocity
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3 to 5-years of experience in a quality control/manufacturing environment is preferred
• Effective communication in English, verbally and written
