Job Details:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Permanent Fabricator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills in precision measurement and power tools to create top-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Permanent Fabricator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that all products are made to the highest standards and specifications. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately interpret and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions to fabricate parts and assemblies.
2. Operate a variety of power tools and equipment to cut, drill, shape, and finish products.
3. Use precision measurement tools to ensure that fabricated parts meet exact specifications.
4. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
6. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fabrication role within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in using a variety of power tools and precision measurement tools.
3. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is preferred.
8. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.
