Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Millwork Shop Fabricator, you will serve as a critical member of our team, bringing your expertise and craftsmanship to the production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Interpreting and executing designs from architectural drawings and blueprints.
  2. Fabricating custom millwork and commercial furniture to exact specifications.
  3. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are carried out to the highest standard.
  5. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure all products meet our high standards.
  6. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
  7. Collaborating with team members to continually improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Millwork Shop Fabricator position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in custom millwork and commercial furniture fabrication.
  2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
  3. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
  4. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and the ability to implement them effectively.
  5. Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  8. A commitment to producing high-quality products and delivering excellent customer service.
