Are you a sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships and a passion for the manufacturing industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where you'll be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and managing territories. You'll be a crucial part of our team, helping us to grow and maintain our customer base while ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  1. Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential new customers and markets.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  4. Manage a specific sales territory, including maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  5. Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
  6. Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
  7. Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
  8. Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure the company's brand and mission are being properly represented to customers.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
  10. Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 1 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  3. Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and territories.
  4. Strong prospecting skills and excellent lead generation capabilities.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  6. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectively.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  9. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  10. High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company culture.
