Job Details:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), patient assessment, and psychological assessment. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. If you are passionate about helping individuals overcome their challenges and improve their mental health, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify their mental health needs and develop suitable treatment plans.
  2. Provide high-quality mental health therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  5. Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  6. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in the field of mental health therapy.
  7. Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  8. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
  9. Advocate for patients to ensure they have access to the resources and support they need.

Qualifications:

  1. Current and valid therapist license.
  2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Therapist.
  3. Proven experience in mental health therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), patient assessment, and psychological assessment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  7. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure patient confidentiality.
  8. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  9. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  10. Ability to manage stress effectively and cope with challenging situations.
