Job DescriptionResponsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Skills/Experience:Provides support to branch operations by performing administrative duties and providing a high level of customer support related to accurate and timely title production
Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:Strong Research Skills
Basic Title Exam knowledge
Critical thinking
Pay Details:
$22.86 per hour
