Responsibilities:• Support the day-to-day salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow.• Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner.• Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs.• Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process.• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements.• Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.• Works with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.• Works with Data Integrity Specialist to identify, merge, clean-up data.
Qualifications:• Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud• Ability to work independently and proactively• Excellent project management skills• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsKnowledge of databasesEnterprise software systemsZoom phone (management)Good Communication Skills• Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
