We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for two residential apartment complexes in Visalia, CA. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth, efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily management of two apartment complexes.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and assisting with service requests.
• Assist with leasing processes, including application review, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Manage office-related tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling, and filing.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely responses to service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of resident information, payments, and property expenses.
• Help distribute resident communications, such as notices or newsletters.
• Assist with property inspections and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
