We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Property Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property accounting within our organization, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Responsibilities:

As our Property Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing all property accounting operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
3. Reviewing and approving all property-related invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
4. Coordinating with the property management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all property financial information.
5. Developing and implementing effective internal controls and procedures related to property accounting.
6. Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial data and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
7. Collaborating with external auditors during annual and interim audits.
8. Providing guidance and support to the property accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Property Accounting Manager position will have:

1. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A CPA or other relevant certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting (Commercial preferred)
